Good communication and interpersonal relationships with colleagues is crucial, as well as with clients, and I strongly believe it is the key to successful work performance. Sometimes we need to know how to motivate others, not just ourselves, in order to make things done in the best way possible and create a good atmosphere.
I enjoyed working with all my mentors in the past, former colleagues and associates, especially with experienced colleagues with whom I collaborated with and gained extremely valuable experience.
