ERP Support Specialist: Retail/Wholesale/Warehouse Processes

Job description - resolving customer inquiries in the field of commodity processes (retail, wholesale, warehouse, ...) - user / field / remote user education conditions - A thorough understanding of key business processes and terminology from commodity areas with a focus on retail / wholesale / warehouse - Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to work in a dynamic environment - Independence and proactivity in resolving customer queries - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Patience and enthusiasm in working with customers - advanced knowledge of Excel - Knowledge of English - B category driving license - Minimum of 2 years of support experience Preferred knowledge and skills - installing and adjusting the printer - Setting up the Windows operating system - work with various data sources (XML, JSON, CSV, ...) - knowledge of working with web services (RESTFul, Soap, ..) - SQL knowledge
