Fork a Crypto, Edit, Launch Testnet/Mainnet and switch from POW to Proof of Stake Cryptonight

Fork a Cryptonight monero github that has 2 tokens. We need the supply, token names renamed, staking rewards and the blockchain changed from Proof of work to Proof of stake. We need this Launched and tested with a testnet and then we need it launched to mainnet. After the initial launch we will need a gui wallet created and assistance integrating with our existing website
