Hr-Manager/Recruiter

We are looking for an IT Recruiter/Hr-Manager in Croatia to work with the Croatian IT job market and to provide reliable support for our employees. 

Location: Croatia, Zagreb

Requirements:

• Fluent Croatian;
• Upper-Intermediate English;
• Higher education;
• Focus on the result to close positions quickly and efficiently;
• Good research skills to find engineers using new ways/sources;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Nice to have: 

• Knowledge of Russian language; 
• Experience in recruitment and understanding of the Croatian IT job market; 
• Knowledge of sourcing (an understanding of the specifics of search sources).
