UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with a passion for usability. The role involves designing web and mobile user interfaces using cutting-edge technologies.

• Create designs on which multiple designers can collaborate on.
• Discuss projects with clients to understand the business objectives, user needs, and define UX goals
• Scope and plan user experience design activities for a project and track status and progress
• Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements to create intuitive user-centred design solutions
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
• Create prototypes for new product ideas
• User research and usability testing
• Data-analysis to support design choices
• Develop mockups and prototypes of new and existing features
• Evangelize UX throughout the organization and with clients the value of exploring data through simple, intuitive, and beautiful interfaces

What we expect from you:

• 1+ years of UI-UX experience
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to articulate and explain design decisions
• Desire and ability to sweat the details, especially when dealing with design consistency
• Ability to iterate rapidly on designs while gracefully accepting feedback from a variety of sources
• Knowledge of design tools such as Sketch or Photoshop, Illustrator
• HTML5 & CSS3 skills
• Knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction
