Filip Šinko Morandini

I'm an experienced performance marketing manager focused on creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads campaigns, as well as paid ads in other channels. I have 5+ years of experience in the field of digital marketing (freelance, in agencies, and on the client-side), managing a couple of dozens of paid campaigns from various industries - yacht-charter, e-commerce, finance, health, travel, tourism, car dealership, SaaS, and more... Throughout my career, I’ve been managing large-scale advertising budgets (for example, 150.000 €/month on Facebook ads for a Croatian e-commerce website), while currently, I’m working for FreewayCamper with a monthly spend of around 300.000 €/month in Google Ads and Bing ads and up to 25.000 €/month on Facebook ads. I also have experience with managing lower budgets and working with smaller companies and businesses.

Also, I have experience in various technologies, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Search Console, etc. I'm able to create Google Ads and Facebook accounts and campaigns from scratch, as well as to take over existing ones and optimize them to achieve the best results. I believe that I'm a thorough worker, focused on details and numbers, with real benefits and success for my clients on my mind.

Besides working for 5+ years in the digital marketing industry, I also published two articles about digital marketing (see attached) and held a lecture about advertising on Google at the Faculty of organization and informatics in Varaždin.

In my free time, I started beekeeping in Spring 2022. I'm a great admirer of Italian cuisine and culture, always eager to explore this beautiful country. I play tennis during the summer months and love skiing during the Winter.
