I am a Technical Recruiter at Block Sherpa, a Web3-native consulting and development firm based in London.

I help build the teams that build the future of decentralized technology. My focus is on finding and attracting top-tier engineering talent — from Solidity developers to Rust infrastructure engineers, full-stack engineers to AI specialists.

I work closely with our CTO and engineering leads to understand exactly what we need, and then I go out and find the people who can deliver it.

What I do:

Source and screen candidates for Web3, blockchain, and full-stack roles

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from first outreach to offer

Coordinate technical assessments and interviews

Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding

Help shape our hiring strategy as we scale

Why I do this:

I believe that great products are built by great teams. Pet360 — the first blockchain-based pet ecosystem in Brazil — is a product that can genuinely transform pet care for 160 million pets. Helping build the team behind it is meaningful work.
