This is Diane - I am a Senior Recruiter at UseBlocky.

I work with companies across Web3, helping them build teams around strong engineering, product, and design talent.

Most of the roles I work on are tied directly to shipping — smart contracts, backend infrastructure, frontend applications, developer tools, and the people shaping the product around them.

I like staying close to the space itself: the technology, the founders, and the shifts happening across the market. It makes hiring conversations more useful when there’s real context behind them.

In Web3, the strongest candidates are usually already busy building, so the process is often about timing and alignment more than outreach volume.

I keep things direct and low-noise. If I reach out, it’s intentional.
