Community Manager

Monthly Compensation: $100

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our presence on Twitter, including crafting and scheduling 10-15 tweets per month.
• Oversee the creation and management of Reddit posts, approximately 3 posts per month.
• Scout, hire, and manage freelance writers for article creation within a budget of $20 per article (5-10 articles per month).
• Ensure quality control and standard adherence for all outsourced content.
• Engage with the community on both platforms by responding to comments and messages.
• Provide basic monthly reports on social media performance.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in social media management, particularly Twitter and Reddit.
• Familiarity with content management and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
