Designer Needed - HTML Email Template & Editable PDF Documents

I'm looking for designer to help with a small branding project. The work involves creating a clean HTML email template and preparing two editable PDF documents based on example material that will be provided. 

Scope of Work

Recreate Logo 

• I do not have original file for logo, will need to recreate to a Vector logo. 

HTML Email Template

• Clean professional layout suitable for intoduction for offers and services. To include header image/banner, logo, brand colours and simple icons. 
• Email signature section included. 
• Signature should contain placeholder fields so i can insert final details later
• Must be compatilbe with major email clients

Editable PDF Invoice

• Rebrand an existing invoice example
• Must remain fully editable. 

Editable PDF Receipt

• Rebrand example template
• Must be editable so names, dates etc can be changed easily. 

Deliverables

Please provide:

• HTML email template file
• Email signature template
• Editable source files (Figma/illustrator or similar)
• Final PDF Versions 
• Editable versions of the documents
• All images used provided as local images
• Vector Logo File 

Notes

• Example files will be provided as references for layout and structure. 
• Branding will be simple and minimal. 
• Please use placeholder text for sensitive information such as domain; phone number, or address.
