 Looking to hire an Advertising Manager to build & manage a marketing team. You would be working closely with the leadership team, overseeing the operations, and directing advertising staff in developing unique campaigns.

As the new Advertising Manager, you would:

  • Oversee advertising department operations and staff members
  • Work with staff to establish and meet project goals, budgets, and timelines
  • Develop advertising strategies to increase buyer interest in products or services 
  • Develop a strategy to increase brand awareness 
  • Monitor project progress, from planning to execution, to ensure efficiency
  • Negotiate contract specifications and terms with external parties
  • Initiate and direct research efforts
  • Collect and analyze data and present findings to management
  • Participate in the hiring and evaluation of employees within the advertising department
  • Conduct performance reviews for advertising staff and set quarterly KPIs 
  • Provide expert advice on marketing and advertising methods for new or existing products or services
  • Develop and update SOPs 

The company uses Slack and ClickUp for communication and management.

A successful candidate needs to have:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant field; management experience is preferred 
  • Experience working with an Amazon Brand 
  • Understanding of design and marketing principles and techniques
  • Desire to grow a team and find new innovative ways to increase brand awareness and sales 
  • Ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developments 
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent management, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills 
  • Decisiveness and strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure 
  • Ability to develop and maintain working relationships
  • Solid sales and presentation skills 
  • Familiarity with Shopify

Brownie points for:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Amazon PPC 
  • Experience with Klayivo
