🚀 The Role
We’re looking for a Front-End Developer who can turn design visions into beautiful, high-performing web experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to build the first version of our platform — from the ground up.

🧩 What You’ll Do
•⁠  ⁠Build new user-facing features using React.js
•⁠  ⁠Translate UI/UX wireframes from Figma or Sketch into responsive, pixel-perfect code
•⁠  ⁠Write clean, modular CSS / CSS-in-JS and maintain scalable front-end libraries
•⁠  ⁠Optimise performance and ensure accessibility across devices
•⁠  ⁠Integrate front-end components with RESTful or GraphQL APIs
•⁠  ⁠Participate in code reviews and uphold best practices
•⁠  ⁠Stay ahead of front-end trends and suggest improvements to our tech stack

💡 What We’re Looking For
•⁠  ⁠Strong proficiency in React (Hooks, Functional Components, modern patterns)
•⁠  ⁠Excellent command of modern JavaScript (ES6+)
•⁠  ⁠Deep understanding of CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, and responsive design
•⁠  ⁠Experience working with Git and collaborative workflows
•⁠  ⁠Passion for creating intuitive and visually refined user experiences
•⁠  ⁠Experience with Styled Components, Emotion, or Sass/Less

🔧 Bonus Skills
•⁠  ⁠Experience with Next.js or Gatsby
•⁠  ⁠Familiarity with TypeScript
•⁠  ⁠State management tools (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API)
•⁠  ⁠Testing with Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library
•⁠  ⁠Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and web performance optimisation
•⁠  ⁠Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
•⁠  ⁠Experience with Vite, Webpack, or other build tools
•⁠  ⁠Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
