Required skills and experiences

- Minimum 4 years of demonstrated management level experience in marketing in mobile & game industry

- Proven track record of crafting and executing successful out-of-home marketing campaigns.

- Proven mobile experience managing mobile marketing campaigns.

- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, including Organic/Product Marketing, Social media, and PR planning.

- Strong understanding of the gaming industry and its target audiences.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think creatively and strategically.

- Proficient in analyzing market trends and adapting strategies accordingly.

- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Data-driven decision-maker, with the ability to process and present data

Preferred skills and experiences

- Preferably within the RPG genre.

- Working experience in big studios such as Blizzard Entertainment, Riot Games, and Square Enix,... or similar size studios

- Passion for gaming, with a deep understanding of the MMORPG and online gaming community.
