Job description and responsibilities:
- Together with the CMO - Set marketing goals and objectives; plan, implement and manage marketing strategy- Contribute to the overall growth of the company- Review and manage content marketing strategy - Keep the marketing budget in check- Track KPIs regularly and present reports- Work with development and customer success teams- Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions- Analyze company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements- Stay up to date with the latest technology- Stay up to date with the latest best practices- Attend marketing conferences and educational programs- Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns- - Reporting to the company’s CMO. - Full-time position
Job qualifications and requirements:
- 5+ years experience in FinTech marketing (Retail Digital Banking, Crypto, Blockchain, FX, Online trading with financial assets)- Data analysis and Strategic thinking: analytical thinking skills, In-depth knowledge of big data analysis - Hands-on experience with CRM and tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Intercom, Adjust, Appsflyer, Jira- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent presentation skills - Native or fluent English plus at least one more language: French, Russian, German preferable.
