We are growing fast and we have some big goals. We're looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who will help us build and scale. This role will impact the growth and success of Coinme through assisting the HR team with recruitment, maintaining employee records, engaging employees, assisting with the management of our HRIS system.

To ensure success, you should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and recruiting. Top candidates will be effective at scheduling and thorough in the recruitment process.

This role is open as a remote opportunity outside of our headquarter city of Seattle, Washington.

Purpose:

This role requires flexing to meet dynamic business needs and demands spending an estimated 40 percent of the time on general HR coordination activities, and about 60 percent of the time on end-to-end recruiting coordination activities, depending on the volume and complexity of active recruitments. Responsibilities:

Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

Source quality candidates.

Assists hiring managers in creating job descriptions

Posts roles in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and supports those through social media and job boards. 

Tracks status of candidates in ATS and candidate communications. 

Coordinates interviews for candidates and Assists with the interview process. 

Manages Independent Contractor agreements.

Supports payroll and benefit plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations.

Implements a variety of HR and employee engagement programs

Completes Forms I-9 and eVerify documentation

Prepares new hires-employee files.

Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks.

Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.

Files documents into appropriate employee files.

Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.

Schedule meetings, HR events, and maintain agendas.

Processes mail.

Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.

Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Skills:

Effective HR administration and people management skills

Greenhouse or other ATS end-to-end experience

Experience with benefits and payroll practices

Experience with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs)

Full understanding of HR functions and best practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines

Fantastic organizational and time management skills

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Meticulous attention to detail
