We are looking for someone to code a meme generator with Web3 integration. Please see our wireframe here:

The meme generator will allow people to upload an image, then drag-and-drop transparent Doge layers on top of their image and be able to export it afterwards.

Exclusive/premium layers will require the user to hold a certain amount of DOBO tokens (Binance Smart Chain). To verify this, the user has to connect their wallet.
