About the Role:
Assetara Limited is seeking energetic, professional, and results-driven Remote Telesales Specialists to join our international operations. You will be responsible for client acquisition, conducting live Zoom product demonstrations, guiding clients through account activation, and managing prospect pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily outreach (20-30+ prospects) across LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp, phone, and approved social channels.
• Lead structured live Zoom onboarding and presentation walkthroughs for registered clients.
• Guide clients step-by-step through platform registration, validation, and deposits.
• Maintain clean daily activity logs and prospect pipelines in the company CRM.
• Strictly adhere to company compliance guidelines (no guaranteed return promises or unauthorized financial advice).

Candidate Requirements:
• Native or C1/C2 fluency in English, German, French, OR Indonesian.
• Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, financial/crypto services, or call centers.
• Reliable remote setup: high-speed internet, PC/laptop, webcam, and noise-canceling headset.
• Strong communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills.

Compensation Structure:
• Fixed weekly/monthly base support upon KPI validation + uncapped multi-tier performance commissions.
• Full product training, scripts, and direct mentorship from Regional Management.
