Job Description

• Creating social media strategies and communication plans developed according to social media principles

• Researching and studying news in the world of social media, as well as sharing knowledge and ideas with colleagues

• Create and execute multi-channel campaign distribution across YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Clubhouse, Website, blogs, and others,

• Advertising published content on social networks and preparing reports for social networks for dedicated clients

• Participating in the acquisition of new clients and the development of strategies on social networks

• Collaborating with clients, external collaborators, and internal teams

• Lead and manage Content writers, community managers, and designers,

• Oversee, schedule, and publish daily, weekly, monthly social content while the growing relevant audience for each channel,

• Manage and interact with community team members on social platforms and streamline user feedback/concerns,

• Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement,

• Consistently work on new channels, creatives, and other ideas for experimentation, optimization, and acquisition growth

• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer touchpoints and customer experiences across multiple channels

• Write effective marketing copy that drives impact – headlines, SEO tags, subject lines

• Bring an understanding of SEO concepts to optimize search traffic through keyword research, content analysis, link building

• Creating and monitoring yearly marketing budget according to targets





• Is passionate about blockchain and start-up ecosystem

• 4+ years of relevant working experience in social media and digital marketing

• Excellent knowledge of Croatian (C2) and English language (B2), both written and spoken

• Excellent knowledge about social media platforms

• Experience in digital advertising, especially with Facebook. LinkedIn and Instagram

• Experience working with Ads Manager

• Experience in creating social media strategies

• Experience in coordinating multiple projects

• Experience in creating social media and digital advertising reports

• Skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics

• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager) - an advantage
