Our client is currently looking for a Virtual Assistant to work alongside him, assisting with day-to-day tasks of both businesses. The primary scope of work for the assistant would initially focus on developing the real estate business, but would eventually require assistance for the tree supply business.
As the new member of the team, you will:
Manage social media
Engage with customers, manage leads & provide updates
Implement processes, systems & tools to improve service and scale the business
Recruit new employees
Analyze data & update information
Assist with everyday tasks such as data entry, paying bills & preparing, sending and responding to emails
The onboarding process will include two weeks of training, and you will use Zoom, Office and WhatsApp for work & communication.
Ideally, you would be available to work during regular hours of EST. In the beginning stages, you would work 30 hours per week, advancing to 40 hours per week after a few months.
A successful candidate must have:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, communications, marketing or advertising
Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills
Critical thinking skills
The ideal candidate is:
