At my core, I am a storyteller. Time and time again, I have launched the most abstract pieces of technology, complex business models, and over an incredible two years, I helped jumpstart the NFT industry. All of it on the wings of an elegant, inspired story.
Since May 2022, I have been the CEO of Layer-E, through which I build solutions in mixed reality and AI for mass media and global brands. MR clients include Flipkart, Celso, Thums Up, Oppo, Samsung. And AI PoCs for The Hindu and Grupo Prisa (Spain).
From April 2020 through February 2022, I was Twobadour, Steward of the $250mn Metapurse Fund, which owns the historic $69 mn Christie's auction for Beeple's First 5000 Everydays. I was the executive producer of Dreamverse New York, the largest ever NFT Art Exhibition.

IRL, I have been a journalist across print, broadcast and online media from 2006 to 2013. During that stint and later, I have published work in The Times of India, CNN-IBN, The Hindu, The Wire, The Quint, Film Companion, and Juggernaut. I was a marketer and GTM strategist for FinTech across retail banking, transaction banking, and risk & treasury management for from 2014 through 2020. I have worked with Flex, Intellect Design Arena, and Wipro among others. I discovered DeFi in 2017.
I helped build a decentralised lending and margin trading protocol in the tail end of the 2017 boom, kept building through the bear, and stumbled into the world of NFTs in 2020. I fell deep into the rabbit hole of NFT artists. A good confluence of DeFi and NFTs was the B.20 project, where we successfully bought 20 pieces of Beeple's collection on Nifty Gateway in late 2020, bundled and fractionalised them.

Without quite planning to, I have built strong foundations in three of the most powerful emerging technologies of our generation - Blockchain, Mixed Reality and AI.
The only way that non-linear journeys like mine - that have traversed journalism, FinTech, DeFi, NFTs and a few other seemingly unrelated spheres of life - can make sense, is through the lens of story. I’m like the Forrest Gump of emerging tech. I’ve witnessed the birth of billionaires, the seeds of whole new industries, and gave voice to these over hundreds of conversations, published work and live resources.
