Hi there,

I'm Jake, I am a Software Developer currently working full time as a Solidity smart contract engineer for a startup in the Chicago area. I have been here for over a year, and worked for another startup doing the same type of work full time for nearly a year before that.

We have developed and deployed our own DeFi protocol which is gaining traction. The development of this protocol was done largely by myself, particularly the extensive testing and debugging done before the initial deployment. Additionally, nearly all of 20+ upgrades done to the protocol post deployment were done by me, and executed via governance proposal.

I am open to smaller Solidity based projects to do on the side.

I can design, write and extensively test these projects, as well as deploy to any public EVM network.
I would say that I specialize in Ethereum Mainnet projects that interact with other deployed protocols, such as Uniswap. This includes but is of course not limited to flash loan enabled applications, such as leverage based trading, arbitrage, and liquidations (even automated vai Chainlink automation!)

Also, I have become a bit of an on-chain oracle expert, and can design and deploy on-chain maintenance-free read-only oracles for nearly any on chain asset, including Balancer LP tokens.
