A multi-faceted technology guy that is constantly keeping his skills sharp while adding & expanding my skill set through education or hands-on experience whenever I have the opportunity. I began building my skill as a teenager when spent over 3 weeks in the summer properly learning and removing how to remove over 300 trojan horse viruses that had piggybacked onto .dll Windows run files. The quick understanding & enjoyment of my own computer doctor work led me to realize this was the area in life that I would want to pursue a career in.
So, in 2010 I began formally getting educated & filling my skill set "tool belt", if you will. A+ Essentials & Computer Hardware were the first. Then I steered my focus toward a few more specialty arenas. I took CCNA 1 - 4 & CCNP 1 - 4, as well as CCNA Security at a verified & licensed Cisco Academy. Security became my main interest, so I tacked on Security+ during these years as well.
All of my desktop skills are purely from 15+ years of hands-on & personal use of Linux/Ubuntu distributions & Windows through each of its expressions. I am what s called a "Desktop Deployment Active"; meaning one who is at any given moment able to actively deploy a desktop OS & get to it. I keep a ring of flash drives with me almost everywhere I go at all times with 3 versions of Ubuntu, 1 Linux, & the latest version of Windows so that I am always ready.
The Crypto Currency arena listed in my abilities is also something I have had the privilege to be involved in since 2014, very early on in Cryptos' still very short time being around. In 2023, I added to my skill set by furthering my security knowledge in Ethical Hacking, Network Hacking & Website Penetration Testing & Hacking as well as some Python programming skills. With these, I am able to perform complete penetration test, including information gathering & scanning to discover any vulnerable exploitation on a network or website. I can then offer & apply changes to given network/website to securely patch these vulnerabilities.
