I'm a business development manager for a cable manufacturing company in India. I have an electrical engineering degree. My job includes lead generation, client handling, product development, product launch, marketing strategy & digital marketing. We have launched two products in last one year and have sold our products in more than 12 countries.
I have been learning about blockchain & cryptocurrency for a while now. I have taken few MIT courses on relevant topics and finance. Please note that the above things mentioned are selflearning. I'm currently looking to start my career in the blockchain and crypto markets.
How did I get into business development?
After finishing college I really started to enjoy the business side of things, first I started with marketing management at the university of illonoise from course era. the business side of things really suited me, then I went on to read many books and still reading and learning. I have had exposure to different fields in my short career. I have worked in finance, technical side and marketing. Right now I'm working on the technical and marketing side of things.
I have tried my hand in a start-up but unfortunately, that hasn't turned out great. I really shine in that environment and that kind of work setting where one person has many responsibilities. I ask for similar roles in the company I work for.
