Creating and participating in independent projects has always been something very important in my career. From the computer store I had when I was 13, to the platform-agency I invented at university. With them I could discover myself in various ways: programmer, entrepreneur, designer and educator. I also worked in several companies in the strategic consulting model, where I had the opportunity to learn a lot working with people from large companies such as Elo, Itaú, Engie, Loft and other smaller ones. In short, my role has always been in experience design, both for digital products and services and for schools and education initiatives. I worked mainly with design strategy, information architecture, research and low to high fidelity prototyping. But I must say that the most exciting of all this was when I had the incredible opportunity to create and facilitate design workshops for almost 1,000 people. It was amazing. And it awakened in me this great desire to continue searching for paths that really make sense to me until today. I continue in this discovery, now joining efforts to building an ecosystem of decentralized initiatives that I like to call Terra Preta.
