Account Manager: remote, full-time, entry-level

Company is a European Facebook Ads Agency working with e-commerce and dropshipping brands. They support the brands’ growth by renting the agency’s Facebook ads account in order to reach their audience faster and without suspensions.
The company is growing and looking to hire Account Managers to oversee the advertising campaigns and maintain client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the client with opening their ads account and setting up their campaign;
  • Onboarding the client and making sure their needs are met, including following Facebook ads policy and avoiding any blocks;
  • Help the client with budget management, making sure campaigns stay within the budget while maximizing the results;
  • Maintain client communication on a daily basis and build strong relationships with the client;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that might arise.
     

Qualifications and required skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Task prioritization
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to make a decision
  • Experience with either running Facebook ads or previously working as an Account Manager for an Ads/Marketing agency will be considered a plus

Benefits:

  • Fully remote role with no set working hours, but the employee is expected to be available (not active) between 9 am and 9 pm CET
  • Complete training provided by the CEO
  • The salary is between $1000 and $1200 gross depending on experience and skillset

 

Ovo gore je službeni opis posla, ali realna situacija je ovakva; Radi se o startupu koji je brzo narastao pa je trenutno puno posla, a malo ljudi s iskustvom u obavljanju istog, tako da svi rade po cijeli dan, svaki dan. Dakle trenutno se ne radi o “dostupnosti od 9 do 9" već o bivanju kod kuće od 9 do ponoći ili pak nošenju laptopa sa sobom ako tko kad mora izaći iz kuće.

Prijavite se s nadom u bolje sutra, jer smo napravili plan za smjene, samo treba još ljudi. 

Osim toga, posao je u početku zamršen (ako ne znate Business manager u dušu), ali kasnije poprilično lagan. Cijeli dan komunicirate s klijentima oko manje više istih problema pa sve ide lakše. 

Dakle u početku, jedina zadovoljština će biti rad od kuće, ali ima potencijala za biti skroz ok posao.
